The perfect book for a penny pinching bride

One of my friends was out and when she saw this book she thought about me. I started reading it as soon as she gave it to me today and I am really loving it. Thanks Gab. I'm hoping to get more inspiration as I make my way through the whole book.

I am getting really excited the more I look at stuff for my wedding. My mom has to keep reminding me that my wedding is a year away. I ALMOST wish that my wedding was this June until I remember that I don't have all the money I need saved up, then I am thankful my wedding is a year away. I know that I am annoying John with all my excitement, but hey what do you expect from me? LOL Have a wonderful Sunday afternoon every and save those pennies.

Good Will Wedding Gowns

I was talking to someone at work and of course weddings came up. She had just gotten married and talked about buying her dream wedding dress at Good Will. Yes, you heard that right, the most famous thrift shop in the country. Apparently, large designer wedding shops have to send the dresses that did not sell somewhere, so the new season dresses can fit. So, if you are lucky, you might be able to find a designer wedding dress for next to nothing. The woman I was talking to found her dream dress for $20.00. I was in shock when she told me she looked the dress up online and the original price was $1500.00. Crazy. So if you have the time to go look, its worth a shot. You may find something, but you may not. But, its worth a shot. Just passing some information along to you thrifty brides. Save those pennies.
